Corporate Social Responsibility
The main objective of CSR is to influence and improve the collective welfare of people, while maintaining and optimizing the profitability and sustainability of organizations.
Differentiation appears in the competitive advantage that results from the sustainable management of resources and intangible organizational capacities, such as reputation, talent, knowledge management and the generation of added value.
This allows transparent dialogue with stakeholders, identify impacts, measure management and improve response capacity: key elements to include CSR in organizations from a strategic perspective.
Sustainability Strategy
We help the organizations with which we work to define, design, implement and evaluate their Sustainability Strategy in an integrated manner and aligned with the Organizational Strategy.
We seek to contribute value, from a global perspective, in the design of strategic objectives of the organization that contemplate the economic, environmental and social perspectives.
We also facilitate the implementation of this strategy, through the development of Master Plans, Policies, Procedures and Tools, that allow organizations to advance in a philosophy of continuous improvement and transparency, and help them achieve the expected results.
Sustainability Reports
The communication to stakeholders of the organizations of the strategy, policies, actions and results (indicators) in terms of sustainability, has become a key corporate transparency tool to generate trust, loyalty and reputation in the interest groups.
Two of the main guidelines or standards of corporate reporting on sustainability are:
-
Global Reporting Initiative (GRI). Standards for the Preparation of Sustainability Reports.
-
UN Global Compact – United Nations Global Compact. Progress reports.
COORDINA, has extensive experience in the definition, design and development of Sustainability reports in different organizations, as well as its own methodology that facilitates, in close collaboration with our clients, the publication of the same.
Engagement
One of the main aspects to be managed in terms of sustainability is the relationship with the stakeholders or interest groups of the organizations. This process called “Engagement” consists of identifying and proactively establishing systems of participation and dialogue with these groups, to address their needs and expectations.
From COORDINA we help our clients to design and manage their engagement process, to integrate and respond to their stakeholders through the different policies and actions of the organization.
